About Mr. Alt

I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my beloved Steelers but often visited Gulf Breeze to see family and was always impressed by its sense of community. I then attended Elon University in North Carolina on a scholarship for football where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I am currently engaged in an online graduate Special Education program at Concord University in West Virginia. I have taught in various classrooms from third grade to self contained severe disabilities as a practicum and student teacher. This is my first year teaching as the Gulf Breeze self contained ESE teacher and I'm so proud to be a part of the community myself! Please feel free to reach out to me.
